Yeethammer 36/40mm tube (Metric)

As it was hard to source the parts needed for the Yeethammer here in EU (Sweden in my case) I had to do some remixing for it to fit an acrylic plunger tube of 36mm inner diameter and 40mm outer diameter from Amazon , cut to 145mm. However , a polycarbonate or aluminum tube is preferred (like this one ), as acrylic is brittle. Remixed parts plunger-head-100-36mm-ID - Increased diameter from 29.5mm to 30.1mm to fit the metric O-rings suggested in the original "Yeethammer Metric" spreadsheet (From PotatoFeederNerf Etsy page) plunger-tube-priming-block-100-40mm-OD - Increased clearance for the 40mm tube to fit. body-pt-guide-fore-40mm-OD - Increased clearance for the 40mm tube to slide freely. body-pt-guide-aft-40mm-OD - Increased clearance for the 40mm tube to slide freely. 135mm-spring-spacer - Additional part , for using a 135mm spring. The spring I used might be a bit hard, but it works. Hardware I used the below parts from www.rs-online.com ( https://se.rs-online.com/web/ for me in Sweden), according to PotatoFeederNerf's metric BOM (except for the 36/40 tube). 2.5mm Diameter Plain Steel Parallel Dowel Pin 20mm Long Art no: 270-546 (2 pins required) RS PRO Alloy Steel Compression Spring, 135mm x 27mm, 1.23N/mm Art no: 121-292 (1 spring required) /!\ Note , this spring might be too stiff, I broke my plunger tube while reloading, i will try to reinforce the front mount (plunger-tube-priming-block-100_40mm-od_V2.stl) RS PRO Nitrile Rubber O-Ring O-Ring, 29.5mm Bore, 35.5mm Outer Diameter Art no: 196-5039 (3 rings required) RS PRO Nitrile Rubber O-Ring O-Ring, 16mm Bore, 19mm Outer Diameter Art no : 196-5485 (2 rings required) It might be easier buying a licensed hardware kit from PotatoFeederNerf , as you will end of with lots of hardware in bulk going my way. I did not want to risk the hassle of import duties and delays from Singapore. Important! Please also use the M5 threaded rod remix found here , by @kenny_j_2229157 Print instructions Use the instructions from the original model. The parts have been oriented in their printing position just as in the original model . Updates 2024-08-04 body-pt-guide-aft +fore: Lowered diameter on from 41mm to 40.3mm for less wobble of the plunger tube while reloading. Shell holder published. plunger-tube-priming-block-100_40mm-od_V2.stl added, with more reinforcement around the acrylic tube as mine cracked right at the front while reloading ( Not tested yet!)
