Description
A specialized spacer designed to physically raise the entire Z-axis linear module on the Snapmaker Original. This is a structural modification for cases where your hotend (like a Volcano or custom extruder) is longer than the stock version. By installing this spacer under the Z-axis beam, you lift the entire assembly, preventing the nozzle from crashing into the print bed during operation or homing. Installation & Safety: 1. Check Clearance: Always manually verify the distance between the nozzle and the bed after installation. 2. Check Your Screws: Since you are lifting the beam, ensure your mounting screws have enough thread engagement or replace them with longer ones if necessary. 3. Material: It is strongly recommended to print this in PETG, ABS, or ASA to ensure the spacer doesn't compress or deform under the weight of the Z-axis module. Characteristics: Height: The model is 13.15 mm high by default. Fully Scalable: You can easily scale the Z-axis in your slicer to any height you need for your specific hardware setup.
