This is a 3D-printable replacement volume wheel for the Zenith ZHX 313 VCR Combo, specifically for the surround sound system portion. The original wheel is often missing, cracked, or loose over time. This replacement restores proper control and usability. The design is a simple, functional wheel that fits onto the existing volume control post. Important Fitment Note: This wheel is designed for a fairly tight fit on the post. It should press on securely and stay in place during use. If the fit is too tight, lightly sand or ream the inner hole until it presses on firmly. It should not be loose. Print Notes: Filament: PLA works well; PETG is also suitable for added durability. Orientation: Print flat on the build plate with one face down. Supports: Not required. Infill: 20–40% is sufficient. Perimeters: 3 walls recommended for a solid feel. Post-processing: Test-fit and adjust the inner bore as needed for a snug press-fit.
