Description

This pegboard holder was designed to keep different sizes of zip ties organised while taking up as little pegboard space as possible. It has five compartments, sized for 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 mm zip ties. To minimize print complexity, the bottoms of each section are printed separately (you’ll need 5 of them). They slide neatly into place and can be secured with glue or—my preferred method—a 3D pen weld . This avoids the need for bridges during printing. The holder requires two universal pegs for mounting: Universal peg board peg system Or, as an alternative, I used these ones as they fit better for my pegboard ⚠ Note: This design is made for pegboards with 1 inch (25.4 mm) hole spacing . It will not fit 25 mm pegboards . Print Details Material: PLA works fine for the holder itself (saves material), though PETG is recommended for the pegs . Infill: 10% is enough for the holder. Supports: Only needed for the letters on the side . Assembly: Print the main body, 5 bottoms, and two pegs. Slide the bottoms into place and secure with glue or weld with a 3D pen. Yes, the photos show the 100 mm section overloaded, which just highlights why I made this holder: before organising, I often couldn’t find my smaller zip ties and ended up buying more. Now I finally have a proper home for them all.
